Student Protocols and Screening Overview ● Parents are encouraged to complete a student health screening at home before sending students to school (see below for symptoms) ● All employees and students will have their temperatures taken upon arrival at school. Students with a temperature reading of 100.4 or above will be required to report to a designated location for reevaluation ● All employees and students will sanitize their hands upon entering the school building ● For our younger students, classroom groups will remain static, understanding individual students may come into close contact with one another during the school day ● To practice social distancing, we will, to the maximum extent possible, maintain a physical distance of six feet ● Students in grades 3 through 12 must wear a face covering, as able and to the maximum extent possible ● Students may consume meals in school cafeterias and additional areas to maintain social distancing ● Buses will be required to have the windows open while students are onboard weather permitting ● Schools will be amending procedures in order to comply with the recommended safety guidelines
Break Expectations: Junior high students: Must be in homeroom by the tardy bell. No roaming the hallways or walking across campus after the tardy bell. High school students: Unauthorized Areas: JH Gym Areas HS Hallways and Classrooms Locker Rooms Ag Shop/Classroom Authorized Areas: Outside Weather Days: Concrete Area outside of the ag shop and breezeway. Inside Weather Days: HS Gym Downstairs restrooms in the HS Building next to the office ONLY!!
