I have taught Civics and Economics and World Geography on a regular basis including two years of AP Government.
I am a late-comer to teaching. I previously held positions with the National Park Service of the U.S. government, working in Yellowstone National Park, WY. I then worked in the retail athletic business in Bozeman, Mt. coordinating the operations at seven retail outlets. I then worked as a Key Grip in the film industry before working in the nonprofit field with at-risk teenagers.
I am happily married to Jackey South who is a partner with Lundy, Lundy, Soileau & South law firm. We have three grown children that have started their own families. We have five grandaughters and one grandson that we cherish dearly.
I enjoy going to church (First Baptist Longville) and working in the yard. Since the boys have grown up and left the nest we have been traveling more, both on mission trips and for enjoyment. Recently we have been slowly remodeling our home which is a labor of love.
