Thank you for taking the time to visit our class page. I am looking forward to a wonderful year, and I'm so happy to be a part of your experience here at South Beauregard. I truly hope that each student achieves great success in my class and in all of your endeavors at SBHS.

While I love teaching math (totally the best subject), it’s ultimately important to me that my students learn skills that translate into success in any education and career field they may pursue, math related or not. I encourage students to be responsible, independent, and self motivated in achieving success while in my class. I stress attendance, organization, attention to detail, thoroughness in processes and following directions, consistency in meeting deadlines, and overall honest effort and pride in work. I believe these factors yield success in any future field of study or workplace my students may land.

Google Classroom will be your primary resource for this class – class info/communication, weekly schedule, notes, assignments, lesson videos, Bonus Homework, ACT Prep material, answer keys to all of our assignments...it’s all in there for you! Be sure that you check GC regularly - my plans are fluid depending on the needs of our class, and I will change our schedule and assignments as needed. Always check to see what was covered and watch lesson videos when you are absent. If a lesson is giving you trouble, rewatch the lesson videos as often as needed.
